Can I return or exchange a product?

There are no refunds or returns for items unless they are damaged or get lost in the mail. Since every item in my shop is made to order, there is no store inventory in order to exchange an item. Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly.

What if my order never arrived?

If your order did not arrive, first check your order to be sure you entered the correct information. If your shipping information was all correct and you did not receive your order, get in touch with me at hello@jessicamolina.design for a replacement item.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with me for a replacement at no charge for up to 14 days after the product arrives to you. Please provide a photo of the damaged item and your order information to hello@jessicamolina.design.
